Brand activations

 

Can the cart be branded for events?

Absolutely, our carts neutral appearance is specifically designed to enable your unique event branding.

 

Can you brand cups?

Yes.

 

Power requirements 

 

What are the coffee carts power requirements?

Our standard coffee cart runs on regular household 240volt 10amp power, so it just plugs into your standard powerpoint. We require a minimum of two power points (power boards and double adapters are not suitable). If a power point is not available we can bring one of our own super quiet generators to generate our own electricity. 

 

 

Do you need power?

No, if a power point is not available we can bring one of our own super quiet generators to generate our own electricity. Please note this comes at an additional cost.

 

Payment terms

 

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining 50% is required 24hrs before your event.

 

Afterpay

Afterpay is only available to individuals (ie not businesses)  and to bookings up to 90 days from payment. Sorry that is their rules.

Cancelation 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you booked your event as an ‘outdoor event’, and your booking is subject to weather requirements you may change the venue or date up to 24 hours prior at no additional cost. In all other cases event cancellation results in the forfeiting of the deposit.

 

Do you service areas outside of Sydney?

Yes, Melbourne! and we also plan to expand to Perth in the foreseeable future.
