These online shopping terms and conditions (“Online Shopping Terms and Conditions”) apply to all orders which you, the customer (“you” or “your”), place using this website “thecaptainandco.com” (“Website”), operated by us, Captain and Co Carts (“we” “us” or “our”).

Prices

All prices on the Captain and Co Carts website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). We are registered for GST and as such it is charged. Products are invoiced and charged in $AUD at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Shipping charges are extra and will be displayed at the Check-out prior to payment, according to your delivery address. There are GST charges on shipping.

Prices displayed on our website apply to online purchases only and do not necessarily reflect the price of identical items sold by any other means. We reserve the right to update terms prices displayed on the website at any time.

Once confirmed the booking is non transferable or refundable.

Logistics Terms

All bookings are not confirmed until the holding deposit has been paid.

We will arrive at the event venue 60 minutes prior to the event start time, requests to bump in earlier will be charged at the respective hourly rate.

All quotes are for level access with no stairs and unlimited non metered parking.

If there are stairs or the cart is required to be carried, the boutique, small and mid event packages are not suitable unless additional barista is booked or prior arrangements have been made.
