Ahoy! Thank you for stopping by to find out more about Captain & Co. My name is Aaron and I am your Captain.
Captain & Co started with a small idea to serve coffee's to the parents being dragged along to my daughters birthday party on a Sunday morning at the beginning of 2021. Not only did I want to serve a great quality coffee to guests, but I wanted to create a cart to look sleek and fit beautifully in the backdrop. So I got working with my father and built our first custom cart.
After a great reception at the party, word quickly spread and I saw a gap in the market that I was ready to fill. My career as a commercial airline pilot was severely impacted by COVID 19 so I found myself with an exciting new project to keep myself busy that combined my passion for a great coffee.

Captain & Co has now grown and we have several carts which we have had the privilege to utilise to serve coffees at all types of events and celebrations in both Sydney and Melbourne.

First and foremost we want to serve a great cup of coffee! Our beans are produced by Single O and are our personal top choice for supreme flavour. We don't buy into the mass produced, perhaps more recognised brands. We choose to support local.. and the best local.

Single O is specialty coffee, approved by coffee snobs all around. Together with great beans, we've fine tuned our serve with precise timing paired with a premium milk selection.

Single O is one of Sydney’s most innovative roasters. In early 2000 they made their roastworks solar powered, they were involved in creating the world’s first purpose-built café milk on tap system, The Juggler. And they are regarded as being amongst the best in the industry to produce ethical sustainable coffee.
We serve ‘Reservoir’, which is Single O ’s flagship blend. It is sourced ethically & with environmentally sound beans. ‘Reservoir’ embodies their love of well-structured coffee & has been the pride of their café on reservoir street since 2003. Expect the subtle taste of ripe stone fruits, vibrant acidity & a structured finish.

You're not going to find our custom-made carts elsewhere! Our coffee carts have a modern sophisticated design featuring marble bench tops and crisp white panelling which makes them suitable for all types of events and occasions.
And when it comes to our equipment, no expense has been spared. All carts are equipped with La Marzocco coffee machines and matched with the industry standard Mazzer grinders. This setup allows us to provide superior cafe quality coffee, every time.

If you're looking to buy a cart for your business, our carts can be customised to incorporate milk jug rinsers, refrigeration, internal knock boxes or anything else you feel necessary to serve premium coffee. We can also customise the colour scheme and benchtop. We welcome all enquiries.

keeping kosher
Our equipment is kosher and we use only the best kosher approved products. This includes CY dairy milk and all our milk alternatives. Our extras, especially for the kids, are paskesz marshmallows and Cadbury drinking chocolate.
