Every drink is made fresh with the same standards as our coffee: Single O specialty beans, professional baristas and our own custom-built carts. And if you can imagine a drink, we can almost certainly make it.
Why a coffee cart company started making clear can drinks
Coffee is our core business and it always will be. But our clients kept asking us the same thing: could we provide clear can drinks, or recommend someone who could?
We went looking. We couldn’t find anyone offering premium clear can drinks with fresh, high-quality ingredients that met our standards. We weren’t comfortable putting an inferior product next to our coffee cart, so we did the only thing that made sense. We started making them ourselves.
That’s the same thinking behind everything we do. If it carries the captainandco name, it has to be the best version of itself.
Our iced drinks package lets guests order any espresso-based drink over ice, topped with cold foam that can carry your logo or message. Alongside the coffee, guests can choose from our matcha range and a rotating selection of iced drinks that are in fashion right now.
Right now our two most-requested drinks are:
Mango coconut matcha: bright, tropical and layered so it looks as good as it tastes.
Strawberry coconut matcha: the one guests photograph before their first sip.
Top either with branded cold foam and you have a drink that looks extremely premium and tells everyone whose event they’re at.
We use the highest grade ceremonial organic matcha, with almond, oat and coconut milk available. We’ve also made pistachio lattes and peanut butter lattes for clients who wanted something nobody had tried before.
Clear can drinks, made to order
If you’d rather skip the cups, our clear can drinks are made to order and sealed fresh. Every can is fully recyclable.

How it runs on the day depends on your event. For smaller events, we make every can on site so guests can watch their drink being created. For busy events, we arrive with some cans premade and make the rest live, so the line keeps moving and guests still get the theatre.
Coconut swirl smoothies have become a favourite at kids’ birthdays, family celebrations and brand activations alike.

Your logo on the foam (and almost anything else)
We brand hot and cold foam two ways:
Custom stencils: send us your logo and we’ll have stencils made for your event. Clean, fast and perfect for high-volume service.
Food-safe ink printing: our food printer prints directly onto hot or cold foam in multiple colours. It’s ideal for detailed logos, artwork and messages.
The printer works on more than foam. We’ve printed branded marshmallows for Mecca, and we brand drinks in takeaway cups, regular cups and crockery.
We’ve done hundreds of branded drink events for clients including Mecca, Nike, Adidas, TikTok and ASICS. It’s a small touch, but at a premium event the small touches are what guests remember.

There’s no practical limit to how many drinks we can serve at a large event. For high volumes we prepare drinks ahead and distribute them on the day.
