⚡ Power + Access = Key to Setup
Before the coffee starts flowing, there are a couple of important things we need you to check:
Power requirements: Our carts require a standard 10A power outlet. If that’s not available, don’t worry - we can discuss battery-powered options or bring a generator (just let us know in advance).
Access: Level access is preferred. If there are steps, tight doorways, steep ramps, or stairwells, let us know ahead of time. Some venues can be tricky, and we’ll need to plan accordingly to keep everything running on time and on-brand.
Parking: Please ensure there is a safe, unmetered parking spot for our van near the event entrance during bump in / out and for the event duration. Our logistics run on precision, and nearby van access makes sure your coffee service starts right on time.
